No one could accuse me of having big clodhopping feet. My wardrobes are stacked – no stuffed with dainty size three’s. No doubt about it, I could give Imelda Marcos and her 2,700 pairs of shoes a run for her money with my treasure chest full of foot-ware fit for a fairy princess.
So why is it that with me, the same old shoe suspects are dragged out time and time again? I’m convinced that I am not alone in this behaviour. Own up ladies. How many pairs of perfect shoes do you have lurking in the bottom of your storage areas, still waiting for their moment in the spotlight? Yes they may have danced the light fantastic across the shoe shop floor, but the truth is that few items of foot-ware are really comfortable enough to be up to the long haul day in, day out.
